Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer Standard and Express shipping within Australia.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery 2–5 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
International Shipping We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International orders are estimated to arrive within 10–21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing times.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside our control.
Print-on-Demand Products Some of our products (including posters, framed prints, and canvas prints) are produced and fulfilled by our print partner. These items may ship separately from other products in your order and may have slightly different delivery timeframes. You will receive a separate tracking number for these items.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at roarr@worldlife.com.au and we'll investigate promptly.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. WorldLife is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
